TASTING NOTES

Ruby red colour with brilliant reflections. Vinous aromas on the nose, with scents of cherry, violet and black-current. The taste is round, warm, refined.

FOOD PAIRING

Ideal with roasted meat, pasta dishes, game and fresh cheese. Serve at room temperature (20°C).
